You can keep fit by simply just walking or jogging outside. Most athletes will do some form of walking or running exercise throughout the morning or day. There are also many apps such as “Health” and “Run Keeper” which will record the number of steps you have taken and keep track of how much running and walking you have achieved in a week, a year or whole month. You can also do simple things such as walking or cycling to the nearest shops or to uni/college instead of taking a car, bus or train to reduce more calories. Save The Student Website
