1. Short workouts

Are you not a fan of going to the gym but still looking for ways to stay in shape? You can still keep in shape by doing small workouts.

An example of an athlete who is not a huge fan of the gym is  Serena Williams. She starts her exercise routine by doing a ten minute workout with some form of cardio exercise such as arm workout – plank rows, core and leg workouts by cycling or swimming. Williams also does “Barbell” pause squat, front squat and box squat for 10-14 minutes.(Healthista, 2018)
